The Royal College of Nursing of The United Kingdom (RCN) is the world’s largest professional union of nurses with a membership in excess of 400,000. The RCN is a Royal College set up by Royal Charter and a Special Register Trade Union established under the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.
The RCN represents nurses and nursing, promotes excellence in practice and shapes health policies.
You will primarily focus upon the learning and development needs of RCN trade union representatives and RCN activists who are representing and/or influencing at a local and national level.
Proven experience of adult educational delivery together with a history of achievement in the area of Trade Union representative development is essential.
